Missouri High School Softball - Lexington topped by Carrollton
September 18, 2025: Carrollton, MO 64633 Carrollton Trojans (Carrollton, MO) supporters left the game pleased Thursday as they saw their softball squad thwart the visiting Lexington Minutemen (Lexington, MO), 11-0 in a league game.
With the triumph, Carrollton improves its record to 11-2 on the year. The Trojans travel to Holden (Holden, MO) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 23. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 5-1.
In their next game, the Minutemen clash with the Lafayette County Huskers (Higginsville, MO) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, September 23. Lexington will attempt to advance on its 6-6 season record. The Huskers enter the contest with a 7-7 record after their 4-2 non-league loss to St. Michael the Archangel (Lee's Summit, MO).
