Indiana High School Volleyball - Corydon Central over Austin

In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting Corydon Central Panthers volleyball team scored a 3-1 victory over the Austin Eagles.

The Panthers (3-15) will now prepare for their test against Scottsburg (Scottsburg, IN). The Warriors go into the Mid-Southern test with a 3-19 record. In their last test, Scottsburg was defeated by Madison (Madison, IN), 3-0, in a non-league test.

The Eagles now own a 5-11 record. They play next when they host Charlestown for a Mid-Southern challenge on Monday, September 22. Austin will meet a Pirates team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Rising Sun (Rising Sun, IN). The Pirates record now stands at 8-13.
