September 19, 2022: Medina, TN 38355 The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the South Gibson Hornets (Medina, TN) and the visiting Westview Chargers (Martin, TN), saw South Gibson's volleyball squad beat Westview by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, South Gibson upgrades its record to 8-8 on the year. The Hornets travel to Jackson North Side (Jackson, TN) to battle the Indians in a AA District 14 match on Tuesday, September 20. The Indians come into the match with a record of 1-8. Jackson North Side lost 3-0 in their recent league match against Milan (Milan, TN)
With the loss, Westview drops to 10-5 on the campaign. The Chargers host Gibson County (Dyer, TN) to battle the Pioneers in a A District 13 match on Thursday, September 22. The Pioneers come into the match with a record of 9-6.
