Perry Commodores (Lima, OH) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Hardin Northern Polar Bears (Dola, OH), 14-0 in a league battle.

With the win, Perry upgrades its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Commodores travel to North Baltimore (North Baltimore, OH) to play the Tigers in a Northwest Central challenge on Friday, September 26. The Tigers go into the challenge with a record of 5-0. North Baltimore won 45-13 in their recent league challenge against Waynesfield-Goshen (Waynesfield, OH)

The Polar Bears (1-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Ridgedale (Morral, OH). The Rockets go into the Northwest Central challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, Ridgedale toppled Upper Scioto Valley (McGuffey, OH), 38-26, in a league challenge.
