In Friday's league game, the Elgin Comets (Marion, OH) football team were victorious over the visiting Perry Commodores (Lima, OH), by a score of 28-6.

The Comets now sport a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hardin Northern for a Northwest Central outing on Friday, October 24.
