The Nazareth Area Blue Eagles football team (Nazareth, PA), was crushed 42-6 in Friday's non-league bout with the visiting Parkland Trojans (Allentown, PA)

With the win, Parkland advances its record to 5-0 on the season. The Trojans host William Allen (Allentown, PA) to confront the Canaries in a Eastern Pennsylvania - Lehigh contest on Thursday, September 25. The Canaries enter the contest with a record of 3-2. William Allen lost 51-13 in their recent non-league contest against Freedom (Bethlehem, PA)

Coming up next, the Blue Eagles confront the Pleasant Valley Bears (Brodheadsville, PA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, September 25. Nazareth Area will attempt to upgrade on its 4-1 season record. The Bears enter the contest with a 2-3 record after their 35-6 league win over East Stroudsburg South (East Stroudsburg, PA).
