In Friday's non-league match, the Buckeye Hawks (Buckeye, AZ) volleyball squad overcame the host Valley Vista Monsoon (Surprise, AZ), by a count of 2-0.

Next up, the Hawks battle the Verrado Vipers (Buckeye, AZ) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 20. Buckeye will attempt to better on its 7-5 season record. The Vipers come into the bout with a 3-5 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Monument Valley (Kayenta, AZ).
