The Cass Wildcats softball squad (Louisville, NE), was nipped 7-6 in Saturday's non-league bout with the visiting Freeman Falcons (Adams, NE)

The Falcons (14-10) will now prepare for their bout against Wayne (Wayne, NE). The Blue Devils go into the non-league bout with a 12-7 record. In their last bout, Wayne tipped Pierce (Pierce, NE), 3-1, in a non-league bout.
