September 20, 2025: Savannah, GA 31401 The Veritas Academy Gryphon volleyball squad (Savannah, GA), dropped 2-0 in Saturday's league contest with the visiting Alleluia Community Angels (Augusta, GA)
The Angels (18-2) will now prepare for their contest against Heritage Christian Academy (Brunswick, GA). The Eagles enter the GAPPS DI-A Region 4 contest with a 8-9 record. In their last contest, Heritage Christian Academy notched a victory over Coastal HomeSchool (Pembroke, GA), 3-2, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Gryphon battle the The Habersham School Patriots (Savannah, GA) in a GAPPS DI-A Region 4 contest, on Monday, September 22. Veritas Academy will attempt to move on its 13-8 season record. The Patriots enter the contest with a 23-6 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Savannah Country Day (Savannah, GA).
