The Show Low Cougars volleyball squad (Show Low, AZ), was defeated 2-0 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Red Mountain Mountain Lions (Mesa, AZ)

The Mountain Lions (12-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Skyline (Mesa, AZ). The Coyotes enter the 6A - East Valley challenge with a 7-9 record. In their last challenge, Skyline was beaten by Higley (Gilbert, AZ), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Cougars meet the Holbrook Roadrunners (Holbrook, AZ) in a 3A - East challenge, on Tuesday, September 23. Show Low will attempt to upgrade on its 13-4 season record. The Roadrunners enter the challenge with a 0-7 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Red Mountain (Mesa, AZ).
