September 22, 2023: Hanover Township, PA 18706 Wyoming Area Warriors (Exeter, PA) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team rout the host Hanover Area Hawkeyes (Hanover Township, PA), 47-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Wyoming Area improves its record to 5-0 on the campaign. The Warriors host Scranton (Scranton, PA) to battle the Knights in a non-league test on Friday, September 29. The Knights come into the test with a record of 4-1. Scranton won 33-27 in their recent league test against North Pocono (Covington Township, PA)
With the loss, Hanover Area drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The Hawkeyes travel to Holy Redeemer (Wilkes-Barre, PA) to battle the Royals in a Wyoming Valley 3A-A test on Saturday, September 30. The Royals come into the test with a record of 0-5. Holy Redeemer lost 66-0 in their recent non-league test against Milton (Milton, PA)
