Missouri High School Softball - Odessa gets by Holden
September 22, 2025: Holden, MO 64040 The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Odessa Bulldogs (Odessa, MO) and the host Holden Eagles (Holden, MO), observed Odessa's softball squad nip Holden by a score of 7-6.
With the triumph, Odessa improves its record to 6-7 on the year. The Bulldogs host Harrisonville (Harrisonville, MO) to face the Wildcats in a Class 3 District 14 contest on Tuesday, September 30. The Wildcats enter the contest with a record of 2-2.
The Eagles now hold a 5-2 record. They play next when they host Carrollton for a non-league contest on Tuesday, September 23. Holden will face a Trojans squad coming off a 11-0 league win over Lexington (Lexington, MO). The Trojans record now stands at 11-2.
