September 23, 2023: Fremont, NE 68025 The Fremont Tigers softball team scored 6 runs and limited the visiting North Platte Bulldogs to 4 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Saturday.
With the triumph, Fremont moves its record to 17-14 on the year. The Tigers host Lincoln Southwest (Lincoln, NE) to play the Silver Hawks in a A District game on Tuesday, September 26. The Silver Hawks come into the game with a record of 18-7. Lincoln Southwest lost 5-4 in their recent non-league game against Blair (Blair, NE)
In their next game, the Bulldogs play the Grand Island Islanders (Grand Island, NE) in a A District game, on Monday, September 25. North Platte will attempt to move on its 10-12 season record.
