Iowa High School Volleyball - Grinnell tips Belle Plaine
September 23, 2023: Belle Plaine, IA 52208 Grinnell Tigers (Grinnell, IA) backers left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Belle Plaine Plainsmen (Belle Plaine, IA), 2-1 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Tigers battle the Williamsburg Raiders (Williamsburg, IA) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, September 26. Grinnell will attempt to better on its 7-15 season record. The Raiders come into the match with a 5-18 record after their 3-0 league loss to Clear Creek-Amana (Tiffin, IA).
With the loss, Belle Plaine drops to 13-7 on the campaign. The Plainsmen travel to Perry (Perry, IA) to battle the Bluejays in a non-league match on Saturday, September 23. The Bluejays come into the match with a record of 5-13. Perry lost 3-2 in their recent league match against South Hamilton (Jewell, IA)
