In Saturday's non-league contest, the Johnson County Central Thunderbirds (Tecumseh, NE) volleyball squad knocked off the host Cedar Bluffs Wildcats (Cedar Bluffs, NE), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Thunderbirds battle the Weeping Water Indians (Weeping Water, NE) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 23. Johnson County Central will attempt to better on its 11-5 season record. The Indians come into the contest with a 7-7 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Freeman (Adams, NE).
