Nebraska High School Volleyball - Johnson County Central over Auburn

October 5, 2023: Tecumseh, NE 68540

The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Johnson County Central Thunderbirds (Tecumseh, NE) and the visiting Auburn Bulldogs (Auburn, NE), saw Johnson County Central's volleyball squad beat Auburn by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Johnson County Central upgrades its record to 16-7 on the year. The Thunderbirds travel to Elmwood-Murdock (Murdock, NE) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Monday, October 16. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 18-5.

The Bulldogs now own a 8-15 record. They play next when they travel to Lyons-Decatur Northeast for a non-league bout on Saturday, October 7. Auburn will play a Cougars squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to East Butler (Brainard, NE). The Cougars record now stands at 3-19.
