The Johnson County Central Thunderbirds prevailed the host Weeping Water Indians volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Thunderbirds now have a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mercy for a non-league test on Saturday, September 23. Johnson County Central will confront a Monarchs team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Skutt Catholic (Omaha, NE). The Monarchs record now stands at 6-8.

The Indians (8-9) will now prepare for their test against Douglas County West (Valley, NE). The Falcon enter the non-league test with a 13-2 record. In their last test, Douglas County West gained a win over Elkhorn (Elkhorn, NE), 3-0, in a non-league test.
