Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] Battlers (Gettysburg, SD) and the visiting Faith Longhorns (Faith, SD), observed Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven]'s volleyball team top Faith by a count of 3-0.

The Battlers (7-5) will now prepare for their contest against Stanley County (Fort Pierre, SD). The Buffalos enter the non-league contest with a 9-6 record. In their last contest, Stanley County was knocked off by Herreid/Selby (Herreid, SD), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Longhorns battle the New Underwood Tigers (New Underwood, SD) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, September 26. Faith will attempt to move on its 11-2 season record. The Tigers enter the contest with a 4-7 record after their 3-0 league win over Oelrichs (Oelrichs, SD).
