The Central Cabarrus Vikings volleyball squad (Concord, NC), dropped 3-0 in Wednesday's league battle with the host South Rowan Raiders (China Grove, NC)

With the win, South Rowan improves its record to 14-4 on the season. The Raiders travel to East Rowan (Salisbury, NC) to encounter the Mustangs in a South Piedmont 3A battle on Tuesday, October 1. The Mustangs go into the battle with a record of 16-7. East Rowan won 3-0 in their recent non-league battle against A.L. Brown (Kannapolis, NC)

The Vikings now own a 3-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lake Norman Charter for a South Piedmont 3A battle on Monday, September 30. Central Cabarrus will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Northwest Cabarrus (Concord, NC). The Knights record now stands at 15-0.
