September 25, 2024: Morganza, MD 20660 Fans at Wednesday's league contest between the Chopticon Braves (Morganza, MD) and the visiting Thomas Stone Cougars (Waldorf, MD), observed Chopticon's volleyball team top Thomas Stone by a count of 3-0.
The Braves (3-4) will now prepare for their contest against Westlake (Waldorf, MD). The Wolverines enter the Southern Maryland contest with a 1-5 record. In their last contest, Westlake was knocked off by Leonardtown (Leonardtown, MD), 3-0, in a league contest.
Next, the Cougars battle the North Point Eagles (Waldorf, MD) in a Southern Maryland contest, on Monday, September 30. Thomas Stone will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record. The Eagles enter the contest with a 2-4 record after their 3-0 league win over St. Charles (Waldorf, MD).
