October 1, 2024: Waldorf, MD 20602 The Thomas Stone Cougars volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host St. Charles to 2 in the Cougars league triumph on Tuesday.
The Cougars now have a 2-5 record. They play next when they host Huntingtown for a Southern Maryland outing on Tuesday, October 1. Thomas Stone will play a Hurricanes team coming off a 3-0 league win over McDonough (Pomfret, MD). The Hurricanes record now stands at 5-3.
With the loss, St. Charles drops to 0-8 on the campaign. The travel to Leonardtown (Leonardtown, MD) to play the Raiders in a Southern Maryland outing on Monday, October 7. The Raiders come into the outing with a record of 9-0. Leonardtown won 3-0 in their recent league outing against Patuxent (Lusby, MD)
