September 18, 2024: Waldorf, MD 20602 La Plata Warriors (La Plata, MD) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host St. Charles (Waldorf, MD), 3-0 in a league test.
With the win, La Plata improves its record to 1-3 on the season. The Warriors travel to Leonardtown (Leonardtown, MD) to face the Raiders in a Southern Maryland test on Monday, September 23. The Raiders go into the test with a record of 6-0. Leonardtown won 3-0 in their recent league test against Chopticon (Morganza, MD)
The now own a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Great Mills for a Southern Maryland test on Monday, September 23. St. Charles will face a Hornets squad coming off a 3-0 league win over North Point (Waldorf, MD). The Hornets record now stands at 4-0.
