The Cowan Blackhawks volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Union Rockets to 0 in the Blackhawks league triumph on Wednesday.

The Blackhawks now possess a 5-11 record. They play next when they host Wes-Del for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 28. Cowan will play a Warriors team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Indianapolis Metropolitan (Indianapolis, IN). The Warriors record now stands at 4-10.

With the loss, Union drops to 4-11 on the campaign. The Rockets host Monroe Central (Parker City, IN) to play the Golden Bears in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 26.
