Annie Wright Gators (Tacoma, WA) fans went home in high spirits Thursday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host Klahowya Eagles (Silverdale, WA), 21-7 in a league match.

The Gators (4-0) will now prepare for their match against Life Christian Academy (Tacoma, WA). The Eagles come into the 1A/2A Nisqually test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Life Christian Academy was defeated by Yelm (Yelm, WA), 35-6, in a non-league challenge.

The Eagles (0-4) will now prepare for their challenge against East Jefferson [Port Townsend/Chimacum] (Port Townsend, WA). The Rivals enter the 1A/2A Nisqually challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, East Jefferson [Port Townsend/Chimacum] lost by Cascade Christian (Puyallup, WA), 49-6, in a league challenge.
