Utah High School Football - Deseret Peak overwhelmed by Mountain Crest
September 25, 2025: Hyrum, UT 84319 In Thursday's league game, the Mountain Crest Mustangs (Hyrum, UT) football team triumphed over the visiting Deseret Peak Golden Eagles (Tooele, UT), by a tally of 41-0.
In their next game, the Mustangs face the Bear River Bears (Garland, UT) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, October 2. Mountain Crest will attempt to move on its 5-1 season record. The Bears come into the outing with a 2-4 record after their 52-6 non-league loss to Green Canyon (North Logan, UT).
With the defeat, Deseret Peak drops to 1-5 on the campaign. The Golden eagles travel to Sky View (Smithfield, UT) to battle the Bobcats in a contest on Thursday, October 2. The Bobcats enter the contest with a record of 2-2. Sky View lost 49-0 in their recent non-league contest against Ridgeline (Millville, UT)
