Penns Manor Comets (Clymer, PA) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host United Lions (Armagh, PA), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, Penns Manor improves its record to 1-10 on the season. The Comets host Bishop Carroll (Ebensburg, PA) to play the Huskies in a non-league challenge on Monday, September 29. The Huskies come into the challenge with a record of 8-9. Bishop Carroll won 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Bishop McCort (Johnstown, PA)

Next, the Lions play the Homer-Center Wildcats (Homer City, PA) in a Heritage challenge, on Tuesday, September 30. United will attempt to upgrade on its 4-13 season record. The Wildcats come into the test with a 7-9 record after their 3-2 league win over Cambria Heights (Patton, PA).
