September 26, 2023: Prince Frederick, MD 20678 The Calvert Cavaliers football team (Prince Frederick, MD), was ripped 70-20 in Tuesday's non-league challenge with the visiting Westlake Wolverines (Waldorf, MD)
The Wolverines (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against La Plata (La Plata, MD). The Warriors come into the non-league challenge with a 0-4 record. In their last challenge, La Plata was ripped by Huntingtown (Huntingtown, MD), 34-6, in a league challenge.
The Cavaliers now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Point for a non-league challenge on Monday, October 2. Calvert will meet a Eagles team coming off a 22-6 non-league win over Chopticon (Morganza, MD). The Eagles record now stands at 5-1.
