Maryland High School Football - Chopticon topples Calvert
September 12, 2023: Morganza, MD 20660 The Chopticon Braves (Morganza, MD) football defeated the visiting Calvert Cavaliers (Prince Frederick, MD), 36-20 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Braves face the McDonough Rams (Pomfret, MD) in a non-league bout, on Monday, September 18. Chopticon will attempt to move on its 3-0 season record. The Rams enter the bout with a 0-1 record after their 16-2 non-league loss to Lackey (Indian Head, MD).
The Cavaliers (1-1) will now prepare for their bout against Westlake (Waldorf, MD). The Wolverines enter the non-league bout with a 0-2 record.
