In Thursday's league challenge, the host Lincoln-Way East Griffins volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Lincoln-Way Central Knights.

The Griffins (13-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Downers Grove North (Downers Grove, IL). The Trojans enter the non-league challenge with a 12-4 record. In their last challenge, Downers Grove North beat Addison Trail (Addison, IL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
