Georgia High School Football - Locust Grove prevails Eagle's Landing

September 26, 2025: McDonough, GA 30253

In Friday's league match, the visiting Locust Grove Wildcats football squad scored a good 26-6 triumph over the Eagle's Landing Eagles.

The Wildcats (5-1) will now prepare for their match against Woodland (Stockbridge, GA). The Wolfpack come into the AAAA Region 2 match with a 3-3 record. In their last match, Woodland was dropped by Hampton (Hampton, GA), 45-0, in a league battle.

The Eagles now have a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to Eagle's Landing Christian Academy for a AAAA Region 2 battle on Friday, October 3. Eagle's Landing will play a Chargers team coming off a 28-7 league loss to McDonough (McDonough, GA). The Chargers record now stands at 2-4.
