September 26, 2025: Richland, MI 49083 The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Portage Northern Huskies (Portage, MI) and the host Gull Lake Blue Devils (Richland, MI), witnessed Portage Northern's football squad wallop Gull Lake by a tally of 48-0.
The Huskies (4-1) will now prepare for their bout against St. Joseph (St. Joseph, MI). The Bears go into the Southwestern Michigan - West bout with a 3-2 record. In their last bout, St. Joseph smashed Lakeshore (Stevensville, MI), 35-14, in a league contest.
