The Lincoln-Way East Griffins (Frankfort, IL) football trounced the host Naperville Central Redhawks (Naperville, IL), 44-7 in Friday's league outing.

The Griffins now sport a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they host Metea Valley for a Southwest Valley - Blue outing on Friday, October 3. Lincoln-Way East will clash with a Mustangs squad coming off a 37-22 league loss to Neuqua Valley (Naperville, IL). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-3.
