The Waterloo Vikings football team (Atwater, OH), was crushed 47-14 in Friday's league bout with the visiting McDonald Blue Devils (McDonald, OH)

With the win, McDonald advances its record to 6-0 on the season. The Blue Devils travel to Lowellville (Lowellville, OH) to encounter the Rockets in a Mahoning Valley - Scarlet bout on Friday, October 3. The Rockets go into the bout with a record of 1-5. Lowellville lost 48-16 in their recent league bout against Mineral Ridge (Mineral Ridge, OH)

The Vikings now own a 0-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jackson-Milton for a Mahoning Valley - Scarlet contest on Friday, October 3. Waterloo will confront a Bluejays squad coming off a 42-6 league loss to Springfield (New Middletown, OH). The Bluejays record now stands at 3-3.
