September 26, 2025: Cloverdale, OR 97112 The Nestucca Bobcats football squad scored 54 points and limited the visiting Neah-Kah-Nie Pirates to 0 in the Bobcats league triumph on Friday.
The Bobcats now sport a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Rainier for a 2A Special District 1 (9 Man) test on Friday, October 3. Nestucca will clash with a Columbians squad coming off a 101-90 non-league win over Corbett (Corbett, OR). The Columbians record now stands at 2-2.
With the defeat, Neah-Kah-Nie drops to 0-4 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Vernonia (Vernonia, OR) to face the Loggers in a 2A Special District 2 (9 Man) game on Friday, October 3. The Loggers enter the game with a record of 0-5. Vernonia lost 64-0 in their recent non-league game against Clatskanie (Clatskanie, OR)
