Oregon High School Football - Rainier overwhelmed by Nestucca
October 3, 2025: Cloverdale, OR 97112 The Nestucca Bobcats walloped the visiting Rainier Columbians football team by a score of 64-6 in Friday's league outing.
The Bobcats now sport a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Vernonia for a 2A Special District 2 (9 Man) outing on Thursday, October 9. Nestucca will clash with a Loggers squad coming off a 53-6 league loss to Neah-Kah-Nie (Rockaway Beach, OR). The Loggers record now stands at 0-6.
With the defeat, Rainier drops to 2-3 on the campaign. The Columbians host Knappa (Astoria, OR) to face the Loggers in a 2A Special District 1 (9 Man) game on Friday, October 10. The Loggers enter the game with a record of 4-0. Knappa won 33-7 in their recent league game against Gaston (Gaston, OR)
