Mississippi High School Volleyball - DeSoto Central overwhelmed by Briarcrest Christian

September 27, 2022: Southaven, MS 38672

In Tuesday's non-league battle, the visiting Briarcrest Christian Saints volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the DeSoto Central Jaguars.

The Saints (29-6) will now prepare for their battle against St. Benedict at Auburndale (Cordova, TN). The Eagles come into the D II-AA West battle with a 9-19 record. In their last battle, St. Benedict at Auburndale lost by Harding Academy (Memphis, TN), 2-1, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Jaguars clash with the Lewisburg Patriots (Olive Branch, MS) in a Class 6 Region 1 battle, on Thursday, September 29. DeSoto Central will attempt to advance on its 15-17 season record. The Patriots come into the battle with a 20-12 record after their 3-0 league win over Olive Branch (Olive Branch, MS).
