Allen Eagles (Allen, TX) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host McKinney Lions (McKinney, TX), 38-14 in a league battle.

With the win, Allen advances its record to 5-0 on the season. The Eagles host Princeton (Princeton, TX) to play the Panthers in a 6A Region I District 6 battle on Friday, October 11. The Panthers go into the battle with a record of 1-4.

Coming up next, the Lions battle the Princeton Panthers (Princeton, TX) in a 6A Region I District 6 contest, on Friday, October 4. McKinney will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record. The Panthers enter the contest with a 1-4 record after their 59-35 league loss to Plano (Plano, TX).
