September 27, 2024: Exeter, PA 18643 The Wyoming Area Warriors (Exeter, PA) football knocked off the visiting Berwick Bulldogs (Berwick, PA), 42-20 in Friday's league outing.
The Warriors now sport a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hanover Area for a Wyoming Valley 2 outing on Friday, October 4. Wyoming Area will clash with a Hawkeyes squad coming off a 43-0 league loss to Tunkhannock (Tunkhannock, PA). The Hawkeyes record now stands at 0-6.
With the defeat, Berwick drops to 1-5 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Greater Nanticoke Area (Nanticoke, PA) to clash with the Trojans in a Wyoming Valley 2 outing on Friday, October 4. The Trojans come into the outing with a record of 1-5. Greater Nanticoke Area lost 35-7 in their recent league outing against Lake-Lehman (Lehman, PA)
