In Friday's league match, the visiting Carroll Cougars football squad scored a decisive 51-14 triumph over the Tri-Central Trojans.

The Cougars (6-0) will now prepare for their match against Clinton Central (Michigantown, IN). The Bulldogs come into the Hoosier Heartland match with a 3-3 record. In their last match, Clinton Central was routed by Eastern (Greentown, IN), 18-0, in a league match.

Coming up next, the Trojans confront the Eastern Comets (Greentown, IN) in a Hoosier Heartland match, on Friday, October 4. Tri-Central will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record.
