In Saturday's non-league bout, the Middleton Cardinals (Middleton, WI) volleyball team held off the visiting Germantown Warhawks (Germantown, WI), by a margin of 2-1.

The Cardinals now possess a 26-0 record. They play next when they travel to Madison Memorial for a Big Eight bout on Monday, September 29. Middleton will clash with a Spartans team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Kaukauna (Kaukauna, WI). The Spartans record now stands at 4-15.
