Wisconsin High School Volleyball - Marquette University can't hold off Germantown
September 10, 2025: Germantown, WI 53022 In Wednesday's league bout, the Germantown Warhawks (Germantown, WI) volleyball team held off the visiting Marquette University Hilltoppers (Milwaukee, WI), by a margin of 3-2.
The Warhawks now possess a 12-2 record. They play next when they travel to Sun Prairie United for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 13. Germantown will clash with a team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Madison West (Madison, WI). The record now stands at 5-4.
With the loss, Marquette University drops to 8-5 on the campaign. The Hilltoppers host Wauwatosa East (Wauwatosa, WI) to clash with the Red Raiders in a Greater Metro bout on Wednesday, October 1. The Red Raiders come into the bout with a record of 3-6.
