The Argo Argonauts volleyball team (Summit, IL), was nudged 2-1 in Thursday's league challenge with the host Thornton Fractional North Meteors (Calumet City, IL)

The Meteors (9-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Reavis (Burbank, IL). The Rams enter the South Suburban challenge with a 13-7 record. In their last challenge, Reavis was nudged by Stagg (Palos Hills, IL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Argonauts meet the Jones Eagles (Chicago, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 29. Argo will attempt to move on its 5-14 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 12-10 record after their 2-0 league win over Von Steuben (Chicago, IL).
