New York High School Football - Trinity-Pawling School nudges Taft School
September 28, 2024: Pawling, NY 12564 The crowd at Saturday's league contest between the Trinity-Pawling School Pride (Pawling, NY) and the visiting Taft School Big Red (Watertown, CT), witnessed Trinity-Pawling School's football squad edge Taft School by a tally of 12-7.
The Pride (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Choate Rosemary Hall School (Wallingford, CT). The Wild Boars enter the Founders contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Choate Rosemary Hall School got by Kent School (Kent, CT), 49-14, in a league contest.
Coming up next, the Big Red confront the Phillips Exeter Academy Lions (Exeter, NH) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, October 5. Taft School will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Lions enter the contest with a 2-0 record after their 20-12 league win over Cheshire Academy (Cheshire, CT).
