The National Cathedral volleyball team (Washington, DC), went down 3-1 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Potomac School Panthers (McLean, VA)

The Panthers (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Georgetown Day (Washington, DC). The Mighty Hoppers come into the MAC challenge with a 9-4 record. In their last challenge, Georgetown Day defeated Wootton (Rockville, MD), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the encounter the St. Stephen's & St. Agnes Saints (Alexandria, VA) in a ISL challenge, on Tuesday, October 3. National Cathedral will attempt to move on its 4-3 season record. The Saints come into the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to St. John's (Washington, DC).
