September 29, 2025: Bristol, RI 02809 The East Greenwich Avengers (East Greenwich, RI) football knocked off the host Mt. Hope Huskies (Bristol, RI), 14-2 in Monday's non-league contest.
The Avengers (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Classical (Providence, RI). The Purple enter the non-league contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, Classical gained a win over Chariho (Wood River Junction, RI), 38-8, in a non-league contest.
Coming up next, the Huskies battle the Pilgrim Patriots (Warwick, RI) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, October 4. Mt. Hope will attempt to advance on its 0-3 season record.
