The Kent Island Buccaneers (Stevensville, MD) football overcame the visiting Wicomico Indians (Salisbury, MD), 28-13 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Buccaneers face the Parkside Rams (Salisbury, MD) in a Bayside 3A/2A bout, on Saturday, October 8. Kent Island will attempt to move on its 4-1 season record. The Rams enter the bout with a 2-3 record after their 28-7 league loss to Decatur (Berlin, MD).
