Thornton Academy Trojans (Saco, ME) supporters left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Marshwood Hawks (South Berwick, ME), 3-0 in a league match.

Next up, the Trojans battle the Noble Knights (Berwick, ME) in a non-league match, on Monday, October 3. Thornton Academy will attempt to advance on its 5-3 season record. The Knights come into the match with a 2-7 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Lake Region (Naples, ME).

With the loss, Marshwood drops to 2-8 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to Deering (Portland, ME) to battle the Rams in a Class A match on Monday, October 3. The Rams come into the match with a record of 7-2. Deering won 3-1 in their recent non-league match against Noble (Berwick, ME)
