The Mill Creek Hawks football squad scored 56 points and limited the visiting Central Gwinnett Black Knights to 7 in the Hawks league triumph on Monday.

The Hawks now sport a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they host Dacula for a AAAAAA Region 8 test on Friday, October 4. Mill Creek will clash with a Falcons squad coming off a 47-0 league win over Discovery (Lawrenceville, GA). The Falcons record now stands at 2-3.

With the defeat, Central Gwinnett drops to 3-3 on the campaign. The Black knights host Mountain View (Lawrenceville, GA) to clash with the Bears in a AAAAAA Region 8 test on Thursday, October 10. The Bears come into the test with a record of 0-6.
