Georgia High School Softball - Perry bounces West Laurens
September 30, 2024: Dexter, GA 31019 The Perry Panthers softball team scored 8 runs and held the host West Laurens Raiders to 4 in the Panthers non-league win on Monday.
The Panthers now sport a 14-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Warner Robins for a 4A Region 1 battle on Tuesday, October 1. Perry will confront a Demons team coming off a 17-2 non-league win over Salem (Conyers, GA). The Demons record now stands at 3-14.
With the loss, West Laurens moves to 17-8 on the season. The Raiders host Westside (Augusta, GA) to confront the Patriots in a 3A Region 4 battle on Thursday, October 3. The Patriots come into the battle with a record of 0-14. Westside lost 15-0 in their recent league battle against Harlem (Harlem, GA)
