Georgia High School Softball - Jones County sneaks past Perry
September 18, 2024: Perry, GA 31069 In Wednesday's non-league match, the visiting Jones County Greyhounds softball team scored a tight 10-9 win over the Perry Panthers.
The Greyhounds (10-6) will now prepare for their match against North Oconee (Bogart, GA). The Titans come into the non-league match with a 10-7 record. In their last match, North Oconee was nipped by Walnut Grove (Walnut Grove, GA), 5-4, in a league match.
In their next game, the Panthers confront the Warner Robins Demons (Warner Robins, GA) in a 4A Region 1 match, on Monday, September 23. Perry will attempt to better on its 11-6 season record.
